Meet OurWelsh Red Ale
Tiny Rebel's CwcthProbably the best word ever. Cwtch (rhymes with butch) can mean either cuddle or cubbyhole. Grab a glass, relax and cwtch up with this untraditional Welsh red ale - a perfect blend of six caramelly malts and three citrussy American hops.
Siren Soundwave IPAA 5.6% west coast IPA: golden, immensely hoppy and alive with grapefruit, peach and mango flavours.
Soundwave carries her drinker to the west coast, to the golden shores of California where craft ale is nectar. She is the driest of Siren’s ales – full with flavour but subtle with bitterness.
Meet OurAmerican Pale Ale
Fourpure American Pale AleOur Pale Ale is inspired by the great hoppy interpretations of the style from California. A clean, simple malt bill is supported by big whirlpool and dry hop additions of Cascade, Columbus, and Citra, giving the beer bright, citrusy and tropical aromas.
Meet OurSmoked Oat Stout
Tiny Rebel's Dirty Stop OutDark and smoky, just like a good night out. 9 malts give the beer a rich, complex body, with smoked oats giving it something completely different. To balance all the malty goodness it’s packed to the gunnels with Slovenian hops to provide an equalising bitterness that adds yet another layer of depth.
Meet OurAmerican Pale Ale
Beavertown's Gamma RayThe concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of whole leaf American hops are added in ever increasing numbers at the end of the boil giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
Over the past two years it has been possible that you may have spotted us in pubs and bars across the nation, whether it be in Islington or Bermondsey, Reading or Oxford or as far as Plymouth or Harrogate, one thing has linked us to these places…..’excellent alcoholic refreshment’.
We started to notice that we were attracted to the amazing selection of craft beer and artisan gin available, we also noticed that we weren’t alone. We were usually surrounded by like minded individuals who were enjoying these Utopian venues. Whilst on our travels, we decided to bring these values closer to home. So here we are, in Bourne End! Bringing what we believe to be top quality beer, cider, gin and wine for more people to sample, share and enjoy our passion for these new and exciting beverages.
