DESCRIPTION: Classic London Dry Gin. Each of the organically sourced botanicals is distilled under vacuum to create a fresh, creamy, beautifully balanced gin like no other.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pour straight from the freezer with a few drops of Sacred English Dry Vermouth for a dry martini, garnish with a large twist of lemon zest. Alternatively, pour a large measure of Sacred Gin over ice and top with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a slice of ruby red grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

Sir Robin of Locksley
STYLE: Multi-Purpose Sipping Gin
DESCRIPTION: Sir Robin of Locksley® Distilled Artisan Gin has incredible versatility – one of the very few (if not only) true English sipping gins, try it neat or chilled. It makes a mean G&T, and a wonderful martini (dry or dirty), as well as numerous other cocktails.
TASTING NOTES: Up-front juniper with more delicate aromas of elderflower bubbling through. Deliciously smooth and round on the palate – warm cassia notes soothed with dandelion. Pink grapefruit adds an underlying sweetness and lingering citrus finish. Balanced yet distinctively unique.
Garnish is a personal choice and very subjective, but we like it on its own or with pink grapefruit peel for an extra citrus blast.
Very Old Tom
STYLE: Blended Malt
DESCRIPTION: A truly crazy Batshit Mental creation, Very Old Tom is created from a base blend of spirits – both aged and unaged – which is subsequently tweaked using cold distilled botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom, fresh lemon peel, fresh grapefruit peel, fresh lime peel, fresh orange peel, fresh clementine peel, Earl Grey tea, angelica, liquorice and orris root. It’s then macerated with fresh juniper berries and slightly sweetened (the hallmark of an Old Tom gin). Finally, it’s filled into 50 litre casks for a further five months maturation!
TASTING NOTES: Nose: Opens with clean juniper and Cayenne pepper, followed by fragrant tree resin. This leads to leafy blackberry bush notes, rounded off with whiffs of fresh iced buns.
Palate: Juicy orange flesh and waxy peels. Nods to classic Old Tom sweetness, as well as spicy cardamom and subtly grippy, oak-y tannins.
Finish: Balanced on the finish with lasting sugary notes and touches of oak spice.
STYLE: London Dry Gin

DESCRIPTION: Alkkemist Gin is born on a base of grain alcohol 3 times distilled.
